Magnificent and good location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was delightful! The staff helped us and were exceptionally nice and affable.

Absolutely nothing.

We only spent three nights at this hotel, but everything was fantastic, and the location was wonderfully central right in the heart of the city.

Spacious room, all in all had really great stay.

Location: the hotel was close to Wartburg Castle as well as the center. Ate at Masala'z Indian Takeaway, it's relatively close to the venue.

I truly enjoyed my one-night stay! the staff were amicable and an absolute pleasure. the meals were gorgeous, and the hotel was in a very central location in the middle of the city.

We would happily stay here again and again. the double room was exceptionally nice and well maintained. the location was magnificent, right in the heart of the city with a stunning view.

The central location is perfect, within walking distance of the train station. The addition of a convenient kitchenette in the room is a thoughtful touch, allowing guests to prepare their meals.

I recently stayed at a conveniently located hotel in Eisenach and had a great experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the room was well-equipped with a kitchenette, allowing me to prepare simple meals whenever I wanted. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the town and conveniently access the train station. Lastly, the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout my stay.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.

The hotel has an extremely convenient location, being just a short walk from the train station and only minutes away from the town center and other attractions. the room also had helpful amenities such as a small kitchenette and strong Wi-Fi. the bathroom layout was somewhat awkward, and the thin walls meant that noise could be heard from adjacent areas.

The hotel's check-in process left something to be desired. Rather than feeling like a warmly welcomed guest, the interaction with staff at the nearby restaurant made guests feel like a nuisance.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

During my New Year's stay, there were two great services offered that made my stay easier: a fridge and an electric stove. The location was also key, right in the heart of town. Additionally, staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant experience.

My stay was not without its downsides. The laminate flooring near the kitchen and bathroom areas was damaged from water, which detracted from the overall appearance of the room. Additionally, check-in was a hassle, as I had trouble locating the staffer responsible for letting me in. Finally, the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar: the bedding was unwashed, causing discomfort, and the towels were damp.

Location was prime and everything was just a stone's throw away - from shops to restaurants. the room was clean and well-maintained. What I loved most was the fridge and electric stove provided in the room. It allowed me to cook my own meals and enjoy the festive season inside my cozy room. Plus, the strong WiFi signal was a big plus.

Though the overall experience was great, there were still some downsides. the shower drain cover was missing and it was a bit of a turn off seeing the drain pipe.
